Adding Co-Teachers at Rostered Districts
If your district rosters through Clever,
ClassLink, Edlink, or another Learning Management System (LMS), follow these
steps to invite co-teachers to a class.
Access Class Settings
- From your dashboard, navigate to
the class card. Click Class Settings
- Locate the Co-Teacher Access Code.
Share
the Access Code: Copy the code and send it to the
co-teachers you would like to invite.
Co-Teacher Registration Steps
Click the Register button and follow the prompts to enter the access code.
3. Enter the Access Code: Paste the co-teacher access code when prompted during registration.
4. Use Your District Email: Sign up using your official district email address to verify eligibility.

This account is separate from your rostered profile via ClassLink, Clever, or Edlink. It provides co-teacher access only and does not affect your primary login or class assignments.
If co-teachers already have an account, they may simply log in and
enter the code under their class settings.
