Troubleshooting: Expired Licenses

Issue: Customers are encountering the following error message:
"The license for one or more of your products has expired; this will limit your access. Contact your administrator for assistance."

Check License Status: Determine whether the product license has expired or been deactivated. If the issue is unclear, contact the Ops team for support in identifying the root cause.

Recommended Action: Please guide affected customers to follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. From the class card, select the Content tab to begin.

  1. Next, click Remove to delete the outdated material.


  1. Once the outdated content is removed, click Add Content to continue.


  1. To upload new content, select the checkbox next to each item and click Save.
